Cada sábado, a partir de las 21, abre sus puertas como un espacio íntimo para disfrutar de la cocina orgánica, de algún cuentito tomado de la filosofía budista y de música en vivo. Un menú de cuatro pasos recorre todos los sabores y temperaturas en una misma noche: dulce, salado, amargo, ácido, agridulce, tibio, helado, caliente y frío, todo sazonado con cantidad de especias y salsas. Y una pizarra verde, como las de la escuela, notifica la carta de bebidas: cervezas artesanales, limonadas o vinos, orgánicos por supuesto.
